It's good to change up your meal plans in order to get effective results during the HCG diet program
Cucumber Cups Stuffed with Spicy Crab

Ingredients

3 long cucumbers
1/4 cup greek Yogurt (plain)
4 tsp fresh chopped garlic
1 cup crab meat, excess water removed
1-4 tsp hot pepper sauce - to taste (Tabasco or tapito)
1 tsp paprika
4 tsp brown mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
4 tbs minced green onion
4 tsp cider vinegar
Garnish with chili powder or paprika if desired

Instructions

Remove the peel from the cucumbers using a vegetable peeler. Cut the cucumber into 2 inch slices. Using a small melon baller, scoop out most of the inside. You want to leave the walls and a thick portion of the bottom intact.
In a bowl, combine the greek yogurt and garlic with a fork until well combined. add the remaining ingredients and stir until combined. Fill each of the cucumber cups with the crab dip. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve within 2 hours of making.

Sugar-free Cheesecake Stuffed Strawberries

Ingredients:

8 oz cream cheese, softened

2 lb. of fresh strawberries, washed

1 tsp. vanilla extract

3 tsp. Truvia

Mint Leaf

Directions:

1. Cut off the stems of the strawberries and cut out some of the insides. (If you want them look pretty, like for a party or something, then cut off a little bit off the tip so you can stand them up.) Or, you can slice open the tip of the strawberry and fill it from that end.

2. Beat the cream cheese, vanilla and Truvia for a minute or two, then spoon it into a plastic baggie (or a pastry bag if you fancy – I’m not!).

3. Snip off one corner of the baggie and squeeze the cheesecake into the strawberry.

4. Garnish with fresh mint leaf

Chocolate Raspberry Strawberries

1. Cut 1 quart Strawberries in half into a quart ziplock bag
2. Sprinkle 2-3 droppers full Chocolate Raspberry Liquid Stevia
3. Close bag and gently shake to spread the stevia on strawberries.
4. Freeze- lay bag somewhat flat so strawberries don’t stick together too much.

5 strawberries per serving

Sweet and Spicy Cucumber Slices

1. 1 Packet of HCG Safe Powdered Stevia

2. 1/4 tsp. of HCG Safe Sweet & Hot Flavor Seasoning (or similar)

3. 1 Large Cucumber

Cut the cucumber, thinly into slice. Place into a medium size bowl. Cover with lid or a plate. Shake the bowl until the Sweet & Hot flavor seasoning evenly over the cucumber slices. Then, open the packet of HCG Sage Powdered Stevia and do the exact same. The cucumbers are now ready to eat.

This HCG diet recipe is allowed on the VLCD phase of the HCG Diet (as known as Phase 2 or the 500 calorie phase). This HCG diet recipe equals 1 HCG diet serving of vegetables.

Apple Chips
Ingredients:

An apple (you can sprinkle cinnamon if you want to, but frankly I don’t think it needs it)

1.Line a tray with parchment paper, and preheat the over to 215.

2. Core the apple. (Below, witness my apple coring FAIL, which led to a hole that was twice as big as it should have been!)

3. Slice the apple.

4. Line the tray with the sliced apples.

5. Bake for about an hour and 10 or 20 minutes, rotating the tray and flipping the slices maybe 4 times. What I do is this: at the 20-minute point I flip the slices. At the 40-minute point I flip the slices again AND I rotate the tray. Then at the 60-minute point I just flip the slices once more.

The timing isn’t an exact science. The slices are all different sizes, so they’re not going to be done at the same time. At the one-hour point I start checking to see if any are done. I’ll press down on the apple, and if it feels springy then I know it needs more time. It might take you a few tries to figure out how to get it to a crispy potato-chip texture in your oven, but there really isn’t any way to mess these up, unless you take them out too soon (in which case you could always pop them back in) or you forget about them and they burn.
Kale Chips

Prep your kale by tearing it into pieces and arranging it in a single layer on a baking sheet (don’t use the stems).  Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt & any other seasoning you might like (I used some garlic powder).  Preheat your oven to 375 and bake for about 15 minutes, or until the kale gets slightly brown and crispy.

They literally melt in your mouth!
